I looked and drew with pencil from a still life created with a sheet and strategic lighting. After, I went back and detailed shadowing with charcoal, but left some space unfinished to give a nice design effect.

This is a figure drawing I completed with charcoal. I integrated some textural paper with the coordinating lines to add flow.
